Director

Alexis grew up in Geneva, IL and began dancing at the age of two. She trained and competed in many different styles of dance. In high school, Alexis danced on the Geneva Varsity Dance Team for four years where she won a runner up title and three state championships. Alexis then attended the University of Northern Iowa to study elementary education. During her time there she was a part of the UNI Dance Team. Not only has she spent time training and competing, Alexis was also a part of the UDA staff for three years. This experience allowed her to train, judge and choreograph for teams from all over the Midwest. Her choreography has won numerous judges choice awards and overall high point rankings. Alexis cannot wait to work with the dancers in the Cedar Valley and is SO excited to introduce to you… Aspire Dance!

Director

Molly grew up in Cedar Falls and has been dancing since age 2! She trained and competed in many styles of dance and also has an extensive background in gymnastics. She graduated college in 2021 with degrees in finance and management and is currently pursuing her MBA! Molly has 8 years of dance teaching experience working with all styles of dance, her favorites being lyrical, jazz, acro, and tap. Molly’s choreography for competition pieces has won many overall and judges choice awards. She has a passion for teaching strong fundamentals of technique to develop strong dancers. She is so excited to start the Aspire Dance journey and give the Cedar Valley an amazing new dance experience! 

Instructor

Ashley was born and raised in Geneva, Illinois. She began dancing when she was 2 years old. She grew up learning various styles of dance while competing competitively. Ashley was on her high school varsity dance team for 4 years. During her time on dance team she earned third place at state, two runner up titles and a state championship. She then attended Iowa State University where she studied elementary education. She has continued her love for teaching dance after college. Ashley is beyond excited to continue sharing her passion for dance by being an instructor at Aspire Dance Studio.
